Night Sky

My husband is fascinated by the night sky.  He is able to readily point out several constellations where many mothers have to squint and struggle.

Tonight, though, Venus and Jupiter form a bright line in the west, continuing on to the star Regulus; the unschooled eye can easily spot this line, in such a tidy angle.

I attempted to capture this with my iPad camera, with some little success.  While Venus is quite bright and Jupiter visible, alas Regulus is camera-shy.
